Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PG138 ("PG138", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the PG138 website accessible at https://pg138.click and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

PG138 is an online gaming and sports betting platform providing casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, sports wagering, and related entertainment services to eligible players. The Platform is operated and maintained by its founding entity and is licensed to offer online gaming services to qualifying users.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the PG138 Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a PG138 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to meet this requirement throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not currently hold another active PG138 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of PG138 or its affiliated entities.

PG138 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

Account Registration

To access the full features of PG138, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid and active mobile phone number registered in your name.
• A unique username and a secure password of your choosing.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. PG138 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Should you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify PG138 support immediately via live chat or email. PG138 may require you to change your password and complete additional verification steps in such circumstances.

Identity Verification (KYC)

All accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License, a proof-of-address document dated within three months, and a selfie photograph holding your identity document. KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until such verification is completed to PG138's satisfaction.

Deposits & Payments

PG138 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and certain supported cryptocurrencies through the following payment channels:

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 (or equivalent cryptocurrency value) per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players should refer to the Deposit page on the Platform for current limit information.

Deposit Processing

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited to your PG138 wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. FPX bank transfers generally credit within 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations, which typically takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on network congestion.

Currency

All account balances, wager amounts, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a Player has designated a cryptocurrency wallet for transactions. PG138 does not charge foreign exchange conversion fees for MYR-denominated accounts.

Withdrawals

PG138 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly for verified accounts. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests:

Eligibility for Withdrawal

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with your current balance must be fully satisfied.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active security holds or investigation flags.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable single-transaction or daily withdrawal limits.

Processing Times

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on payment provider conditions, verification status, and internal review requirements:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow: Typically 5 to 30 minutes following approval.
• FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours following approval.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC): Typically 15 to 45 minutes following approval, subject to blockchain network conditions.

Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. PG138 may require additional verification where a Player requests withdrawal to a different payment method. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect Player funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

PG138 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited if requirements are not met within this period.
• PG138 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotions in bad faith, or systematic wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent.

Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus

Players who deposit using supported cryptocurrencies may be eligible for an additional 2% deposit bonus, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit. This offer is subject to standard wagering requirements and the specific terms published on the Platform at the time of deposit.

Loyalty Programme

The PG138 loyalty programme operates on a three-tier system (Bronze, Silver, Gold VIP). Points are earned at a rate determined by the Player's current tier for every MYR wagered on eligible games. Accumulated points may be redeemed for cashback, free play credits, or other rewards as detailed in the current programme terms. PG138 reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, point earn rates, and reward structures with reasonable notice to Players.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the PG138 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market:

General Wagering

• Wagers may only be placed using available real-money balance or eligible bonus balance in a Player's account.
• All wagers, once confirmed, are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet type. Current limits are displayed within each game and on the sports betting interface.
• PG138 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error due to a technical malfunction, system error, or the publication of incorrect odds.

Sports Betting

Sports markets covered by PG138 include, but are not limited to, the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, AFC fixtures, UFC, and other major international football and combat sports events. The following specific rules apply to sports wagers:

• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and current market conditions. PG138 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, the specific settlement rules for that event type shall apply. In most cases, wagers on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• PG138 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market or sport.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games, including slots, live Baccarat, live Blackjack, live Roulette, and Sic Bo, are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each title. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are indicative long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
• Abusing the bonus and promotions system through systematic strategies designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks or unauthorized data access.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.

Responsible Gambling

PG138 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable, controlled form of entertainment. To support this commitment, PG138 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their accounts at any time. Limits take effect immediately and may be reduced at any time. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session timers that trigger a mandatory log-out when the set duration is reached.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications reminding Players of their session duration and wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

PG138 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals under 21 years of age. We reserve the right to close accounts and forfeit balances where underage play is suspected or confirmed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the PG138 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of PG138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.
• Use any PG138 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of PG138 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PG138 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or Platform unavailability.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind.

PG138 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in this clause shall limit PG138's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

In all cases, PG138's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

PG138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Confirmation that a Player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that a Player has registered multiple accounts.
• Technical or security concerns that require account access to be restricted to protect the Player or the Platform.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may close their PG138 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and anti-money laundering checks.

Amendments to These Terms

PG138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, PG138 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by notifying registered Players via their registered contact information.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that Players review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of the current terms applicable to their use of PG138.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which PG138 is licensed to operate.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and PG138, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: The Player should first contact PG138 support, providing full details of the dispute. PG138 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction at Step 1, the Player may escalate the matter to PG138's dedicated disputes review team by submitting a written complaint via email.
• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: Where disputes remain unresolved following internal escalation, Players may refer the matter to any appropriate external dispute resolution body in accordance with the Platform's licensing obligations.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to bring legal proceedings in a competent court of jurisdiction.
